Join us for a thoughtful and engaging conversation on body image, self-awareness, and the messages we receive about our bodies on Wednesday, November 12 from 12pm - 1pm in D112. This session goes beyond surface-level appearance to explore how culture, identity, and lived experiences shape the way we see ourselves and others. Leave with practical tools to build a more compassionate relationship with your body and support body inclusivity in your community.
