Concert Choir and SPECTRA Concert

This Spring, Harper College Choirs will present a program titled “Don’t Sing Love Songs” featuring stories of new beginnings, long journeys, and the return of the light after dark winter days. Through choral favorites by Samuel Barber and Mbuso Ndlovu, songs by Björk, Imogen Heap, Lin Manuel Miranda, and Boys II Men, traditional songs including Óró Mo Bháidín (Ireland), Silver Dagger (Appalachia), and Alilo (Republic of Georgia), and more experimental works by John Cage and Olivier Messiaen, our choirs will meld voices and minds for a vibrant and eclectic program.:
