Constitution Day Recognition Event: The Bill of Rights

Constitution Day will be recognized at Harper College on Monday, September 16, 2024, when faculty members from the History and Political Science Departments will discuss the Bill of Rights, their meaning, passage, and importance to us today. 

Correspondence between Jefferson and Madison concerning these Rights and the Constitution will also be discussed.
