Coordinator for Student Diversity Initiatives, LGBTQ+ Virtual Campus Presentation

Finalists for the Coordinator for Diversity Initiatives, LGBTQ+ position within the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion will be scheduled for day-long campus visits which includes a virtual presentation to the campus. All Harper employees and students are invited to attend these sessions where candidates will speak on their background, their vision for collaborations across campus, and (4) initiatives they would create to support LGBTQ+ student’s sense of belonging and success. One presentation per candidate will be offered. None of the sessions will be recorded. Session attendees will be invited to submit a survey at the end of each session. Your participation and feedback will help our finalists get a better understanding of Harper College and will be an important factor in the final selection.
