https://www.harpercollege.edu/leadership/planning/strategic-planning/dialogue-sessions/students.phpHarper College is working with the community to develop an updated strategic plan. Once completed, this plan will set a strategic course for the College as it strives to achieve its vision of being an innovative and inclusive institution, the community’s first choice and a national leader for student success. The new strategic plan will guide Harper College for the next four years. A series of gatherings and events are being planned to ensure broad input from all. At this event, we ask:
How should the college respond to changes in education and the learners we serve?
How is education evolving in the 21st century? How do we teach a community of learners who are tech savvy, and have the world at their fingertips, while others are English language learners or are facing challenges? What does it mean to be a well-educated person in the 21st century? A panel of experts will offer their views on these and other questions.
RSVP is requested by September 20 by filling out the RSVP form. For more information, contact strategicplanning@harpercollege.edu.
The event is open to anyone interested in helping to define Harper College’s strategic focus and includes opportunities for broad participation and sharing. A panel of experts will offer insights into this important topic.
