 rper College\, Beyond Awareness is a disability symposium focused on movin
 g from conversation to action. Centered on the principles of Disability Ju
 stice\, this event explores how we can actively create more inclusive\, ac
 cessible\, and equitable spaces in our communities\, workplaces\, and inst
 itutions.\n\nThrough engaging sessions\, speakers\, and interactive discus
 sions\, participants will examine the intersections of disability with rac
 e\, immigration\, gender\, and other identities while gaining practical to
 ols to implement disability justice in everyday practice.\n\nWe are honore
 d to feature keynote speaker Jen White Johnson\, an Afro‑Latina artist\,
  designer\, educator\, and disability justice activist whose work reshapes
  ableist visual culture and amplifies the voices of disabled communities\,
  especially through art and advocacy. Her photography and design are featu
 red in major collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the 
 National Museum of African American History and Culture\, and she has coll
 aborated with organizations such as Target\, Adobe\, Converse\, and Twitte
