Amy is an incredibly successful disability rights activist, poet, author, etc. She is currently a PHd candidate in the Literacy Studies and Visual Cultures programs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She takes a feminist disability approach to contemporary applications of science and technology. She will be sharing her story with us and will be focused on topics such as finding and building community, identity, and self-advocacy in college.
