This year’s annual Diversity Symposium focuses on understanding systemic racism. Featuring two keynote speakers and four breakout sessions, faculty and staff are encouraged to learn more about the historical, present, and personal impact of systemic racism in higher education, as well as how to begin engaging in ways to dismantle it. No matter where you are on your DEI journey, this symposium is designed to expand your ability to contribute to a more equitable and just campus. Open to Harper faculty and staff only.
