Free Seated Chair Massages

Free 10-minute seated chair massage sessions. No appointments necessary - first-come, first served. Clients should wear comfortable clothing and will remain clothed during their session. Chair sessions involves massage for the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. Clients often report feeling relaxed but also energized afterward. Sessions will take place near the main lobby of the Harper College Foglia Foundation Health and Recreation Center (Building M) on Harper's campus.
