Harper College Theater Ensemble presents "Proof" by David Auburn, Directed by Laura Pulio Colbert

Following the death of her brilliant but unstable mathematician father, Catherine, on the eve of her 25th birthday faces her own volatile emotions. With the arrival of her estranged sister Claire, and the attentions of Hal, a former student of her father’s, Catherine is forced to face the most difficult problem of all: How much of her father’s madness – or genius – will she inherit?

Seeking actors of all ethnicities, physical abilities, sizes, and gender identities. Please prepare one monologue from contemporary theatre (1-3 minutes) and be prepared to participate in cold-readings from the script. Auditions will take place in the Liberal Arts Center Drama Lab (L109).
