The holidays often come with stress and anxiety around food, but it doesn't have to be that way. Join our 3-week series, "Holiday Harmony: Intuitive Eating," and transform your relationship with holiday meals. Led by a registered dietitian, this series will help you embrace the joy of eating intuitively during the festive season.

In this supportive group, we'll delve into the 10 principles of intuitive eating, learn to honor hunger and satiety cues, and discover how to balance our plates with all foods—including dessert. Together, we'll cultivate a healthy and happy approach to holiday eating, free from fear and guilt. Attendance at all sessions is not mandatory but suggested. Lunch provided.
