There is power in simplicity. If you want to get better at something, sometimes the best thing is to do it and do it often. The first portion of this workout is designed to build strength and endurance as well as induce a metabolic boost by tapping into the principal of EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute). The second portion of the workout combines qigong breath & stretch along with slow and controlled circuit-style body weight strength and balance work. (All Levels)

Our classes are led by certified group exercise instructors with expertise in providing motivating, challenging and fun group exercises classes to a wide range of populations. Formats include HIIT, strength, yoga, spin and full body circuit and total body barre. Our in-person group exercise classes are limited to ten participants (first come first served) to follow physical distancing protocals. Maske are also required and we have implemented preventative cleaning procedures.
