Feeling nervous about attending an indoor cycling class? Drop into one of our 30-minute intro classes designed specifically for beginners. With a few tips and a little training, you'll be ready for all the indoor cycling classes. Indoor cycling is fun, rewarding, and a great workout set to amazing music. Bring a water bottle and arrive early to set up your bike.
