This workshop is designed to help you say “NO” to toxic diet culture and develop a trusting and healthy relationship with food and your body. This workshop will introduce you to the fundamental ten principles of Intuitive Eating which will help you to trust your body’s cues and nourish yourself fully without shame or guilt.
This workshop will help you accept your body, at ANY size, and learn how to fight internalized fatphobia and weight bias. We will be utilizing the “Intuitive Eating Workbook” by dietitians Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resche and referencing the work of Anti-Diet dietitian Christy Harrison in this dynamic series. This workshop will question your beliefs regarding your relationship with food, and the cultural dynamics of health and wellness in our country. This program is not a weight loss program and intentional weight loss will not be discussed in this workshop.
*Attendance at all of the workshop dates is encouraged as they build off of one another but is not required. The meetings will be recorded so if you are unable to attend a session a meeting recording will be sent out post-session. Once registered, we will send out meeting invites for the below dates.
