This workout focuses on slow & controlled barre-style and mat exercises designed to activate your glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, & deep abdominal muscles combined with stretch to strengthen your core, increase balance, improve flexibility, thereby enhancing mobility. All you need is a mat and chair. (All Levels)
Campus Recreation wants you to stay healthy and physically fit while practicing social distancing. To keep you motivated, we have developed live workouts daily provided by our certified group exercise instructors. When beginning any new exercise program please check with your physician first. By performing any of the suggested exercises, you are performing them at your own risk and Harper College will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you may sustain as a result of participating in the virtual fitness classes.
