There is power in simplicity. If you want to get better at something, sometimes the best thing is to do it and do it often. The first portion of this workout is designed to build strength and endurance as well as induce a metabolic boost by tapping into the principal of EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute). The second portion of the workout combines qigong breath & stretch along with slow & controlled circuit-style body weight strength and balance work. (All Levels)
