The abstract work of Mara Metcalf employs drawing and collage to piece together bits of her surroundings, resulting in compositions that feel both made and found. Metcalf was selected for the 2016 Harper National Juried Exhibition from which she was awarded a solo exhibition. She lives in Providence, Rhode Island, teaches in Boston, and has exhibited throughout the Northeast. This will be her first solo show in the Midwest.
This exhibit is open to the community Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., from October 9 - November 9.
