Life can be stressful - check in with your body and your mind as you focus on your breath on Fresh Check Day. Daniel will lead you through mindful meditations, natural body movements and breathing techniques aimed to calm the nervous system and disarms the flight or fight response. All levels welcome and no equipment needed.

Fresh Check Day, the signature program of the Jordan Porco Foundation, is an uplifting mental health promotion and suicide prevention event for colleges that includes interactive expo booths, peer-to-peer messaging, support of multiple campus departments and groups, entertainment, and exciting prizes and giveaways. Fresh Check Day aims to create an approachable and hopeful atmosphere where the campus is encouraged to engage in dialogue about mental health and build a bridge between students and the mental health resources available on campus, in the community, and nationally.

There will be drawings for multiple $50 gift cards and other wellness prizes at each LIVE event. Students have the opportunity to win multiple gift cards if they attend multiple events throughout Fresh Check Day.
