Spinning plates. Balls in the air. Irons in the fire. We all know what it feels like to face chaos, whether it’s at home, at work, or in our relationships. But did you know that living with those feelings of chaos can negatively impact your health?
Join us on Wednesday, October 9 from 12pm - 1pm in M2008 as we take a deep dive into how we manage our people, places, and things. Small changes to the ways we approach our physical spaces, our schedules, and our priorities can increase our overall wellness and contribute to a feeling of peace and harmony.
