This introductory 75-hour course plus the Applied Real Estate Principles 15-hour course, LRE0003, allows you to sit for the Illinois Real Estate Broker license exam. All required topics are covered including license law, real property, agency, seller and buyer relationships, state and federal laws, marketing and market analysis, appraisal and contracts.
