In honor of World AIDS Day, join Harper Wellness and other campus and community organizations on Tuesday, December 2 from 11:00am - 1:00pm in the Avante Concourse to learn about various HIV/STI resources and information available to you. World AIDS Day officially takes place on December 1 each year. It’s an opportunity for people worldwide to unite in the fight against HIV, to show support for people living with HIV, and to commemorate those who have died from an AIDS-related illness. World AIDS Day is an opportunity to show solidarity with the millions of people living with HIV worldwide. Most people do this by wearing an HIV awareness red ribbon on the day. Stop by Avante to pick up your red ribbon to help show your support. The Kenneth Young Center will also be offering free HIV/STI testing during the event.
