Bundle up and partner up! Join our Winter Well-Being Duo Challenge, where you and a teammate will boost your physical activity, support each other, and take on weekly mental-health–focused mini-challenges. Track your movement, earn points, and stay motivated all season long through the Wellable app. Warm up your winter with connection, resilience, and a little friendly competition! This 6-week self-care adventure is where wellness meets hot chocolate vibes. No partner? Don't worry...we can pair you up with someone if needed!
