Understanding your Path to Improved Sexual Health and Wellness

Join sexual health and wellness speaker, Lauren Rzepka, on Thursday, April 10 from 2:00pm - 3:00pm in Building M, M2008. Better sexual health and wellness starts with self-discovery and insight. You will learn how to understand your own patterns for desire as well as the contextual factors that contribute to your experience of pleasure. Developing a deeper understanding of your needs and experience of sexual health and wellness will allow you to feel more empowered and more satisfied while maintaining your own healthy boundaries and improved communication.
