Looking for some motivation over winter break? Campus Recreation is here to help. Join us for the Winter Workout Word Challenge from December 21 to January 17.
Participate weekly in any Harper Campus Rec Virtual Workout to collect the four words provided by the fitness instructors (one word per week). Complete the Final Phrase Form (coming soon) between January 11 and January 17 and win a Campus Recreation Fanny Pack (by submitting the final phrase form). All participants who submit a final phrase form will be entered into a drawing to win a $25 Amazon gift card (only one winner of the gift card). This challenge is free and is open to all who are eighteen (18) years or older.

Monday 12 p.m. Full Body Circuit Training w/Cindy 60 minutes
Tuesday 4 p.m. Yoga w/Cat 60 minutes
Wednesday 12 p.m. HIIT w/Beth 60 minutes
Thursday 8 a.m. Move, Manipulate and Meditate w/Dan 60 minutes (No class 12/24 and 12/31)
Friday 12 p.m. Core Strength and Stability w/Cindy 60 minutes (No class 12/25 and 1/1)
Saturday 9:30 a.m. HIIT w/Beth 60 Minutes (No class 12/26 and 1/2)
Sunday 11 a.m. Pilates Cross Training w/Jenn 60 Minutes
